Jennifer Knox

Jennifer is the Founder and Clinical Director of Midwest Center for Hope & Healing and a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. She earned her Master of Arts in Community Counseling with honors from Concordia University Chicago.

Jennifer works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, divorce, domestic violence, stress, and self-esteem.

Her therapeutic approach integrates person-centered, holistic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, allowing treatment to be tailored to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. Jennifer believes that a caring, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, combined with practical tools and thoughtful guidance, can create a strong foundation for meaningful change.

Whether clients are navigating everyday stress, difficult relationships, or major life transitions, Jennifer provides compassionate support to help them strengthen emotional well-being, develop healthier relationships, build resilience, and move toward their personal goals with greater confidence.
