This mental health professional earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Portland State University in 2023. As a former Division I basketball player, this clinician brings a valuable understanding of the pressures athletes may experience, including performance anxiety, identity concerns, demanding expectations, and major life transitions.

Areas of focus include Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), severe anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), sports performance anxiety, and life transitions. Services are available through both in-person and telehealth sessions.

The therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with ongoing training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Depending on each client’s interests and goals, therapy may also incorporate mindfulness practices, walk-and-talk sessions, or creative expression through art.

This clinician strives to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore challenges and better understand what may be holding them back. Treatment emphasizes practical skills, collaboration, and individualized support to help clients build resilience, manage difficult emotions, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
