This outpatient therapist works with adolescents, generally ages 12 and older, as well as adults navigating a wide range of emotional and everyday life challenges. Family therapy may also be incorporated when appropriate, while keeping treatment centered on the needs and goals of the primary client.

Areas of focus include trauma processing, anxiety, and depression. The therapist primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring treatment to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy emphasizes developing practical coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and identifying strategies that fit each client’s individual circumstances and strengths.
