About Judith Kleber
With more than 30 years of experience in private psychotherapy practice, this seasoned clinical social work professional provides thoughtful and individualized care to adults, couples, and families. The therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, concerns, relationships, and goals.
For the past 15 years, this clinician has served as Clinical Social Work Supervisor and Director of the Social Work Consultation Service at the New York State Psychiatric Institute–Columbia University. This leadership experience complements decades of direct clinical practice and brings a broad perspective to understanding complex emotional, interpersonal, and life challenges.
Therapy draws primarily from relational-psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. These methods are thoughtfully integrated to help clients better understand emotional and relationship patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen self-awareness.
With an emphasis on collaboration, compassion, and meaningful therapeutic connection, this clinician creates a supportive environment where clients can explore concerns openly, gain new perspectives, and work toward healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth.
