About Moksha Living

This holistic psychology practice supports individuals who feel unfulfilled in their careers, disconnected in relationships, or caught in patterns of anxiety, low self-worth, and self-sabotage. The practice helps clients explore these challenges while working toward greater authenticity, purpose, emotional balance, and meaningful connection.

As a minority woman- and Black-owned psychology boutique, the practice offers an integrative approach that considers the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being. Its therapists provide attentive, engaged support while incorporating approaches such as somatic therapy, mindfulness, Reiki, yoga, and life-coaching tools when appropriate to each client’s needs and goals.

Care is designed to help clients better understand emotional obstacles, recognize recurring patterns, and develop practical tools for personal growth. Through a collaborative and mindful therapeutic process, providers support clients in clarifying their goals, strengthening accountability, and creating healthier relationships with themselves, their work, and their communities. The overall aim is to help individuals build a more intentional, balanced, and fulfilling life.
