### Grace Xu, LCPC

Grace Xu is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who provides psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. She focuses on helping clients develop greater self-compassion, self-leadership, and emotional awareness while exploring experiences in which they may not have felt fully seen, heard, or understood.

Having lived in China for 19 years and the Las Vegas area for nearly 17 years, Grace is proficient in both Chinese and English. Her culturally responsive approach integrates perspectives from modern Western psychology with Eastern traditions and wisdom.

Grace is certified in Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Parts and Memory Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Her additional training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Compassionate Inquiry, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and family systems approaches. She also supports clients processing developmental and intergenerational trauma.

While drawing from diverse therapeutic methods, Grace believes meaningful healing is rooted in a trusting therapeutic relationship. Her person-centered, non-pathologizing approach creates a compassionate space where clients can deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and work toward lasting emotional well-being.
