This Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor has more than 20 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, children, and families. Offering services in both English and Spanish, this therapist creates a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful goals.

Areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, divorce, family dynamics and systems, and women’s wellness. When working with children ages eight and older, therapy may combine talk and play-based approaches, with parents and family members involved when appropriate to support the child’s progress.

Using a strengths-based and individualized approach, treatment draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Pragmatic/Experiential Couples Therapy, and Play Therapy.

This therapist earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Family Therapy from Antioch University. With warmth and collaboration, clients are supported in strengthening relationships, developing healthier coping skills, resolving barriers to growth, and creating positive, sustainable changes in their lives.
