About Sara Beg

This therapist specializes in supporting high-achieving and high-functioning individuals navigating controlling, manipulative, toxic, or abusive relationships. Therapy focuses on helping clients recognize unhealthy relationship patterns, understand the effects of gaslighting and emotional abuse, reconnect with their intuition, establish healthier boundaries, and rebuild a stronger sense of self-trust.

Using a trauma-informed and culturally affirming approach, this therapist works with a diverse range of clients, including therapists, first responders, stay-at-home mothers, immigrants, second-generation individuals, and members of BIPOC communities. Care is tailored to each person’s unique experiences, identity, needs, and goals.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, treatment may incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to help clients process traumatic or distressing experiences and reduce their ongoing emotional impact.

The therapeutic environment is compassionate, validating, and nonjudgmental, providing clients with space to speak openly without having to minimize or justify their experiences. Through collaborative support, clients can process difficult relationships, strengthen resilience, restore confidence, and move from patterns of survival toward greater autonomy, emotional safety, and self-trust.
