About Chelsea Fite
Chelsea is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Tennessee who provides compassionate, collaborative care with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary after completing a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at St. Petersburg College.
Chelsea supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, life adjustments, sexual trauma, and grief. She has also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, strengthening her ability to support clients experiencing relationship challenges.
Her professional experience extends beyond the therapy room. Chelsea has led trainings for and collaborated with organizations including the Metro Nashville Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and U.S. Secret Service, contributing her mental health expertise to community-focused initiatives.
Grounded in the belief that difficult emotions can be explored without shame, Chelsea takes a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy.
