Amber specializes in working with military service members, military families, individuals, and couples. Her extensive understanding of military family life allows her to support clients navigating deployment-related concerns, transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and other pressures associated with military life.

She is trained in several trauma-focused approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM). Treatment is tailored to help clients process distressing experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen emotional resilience.
