About Holly Gartler

Dr. Gartler is a psychologist who strives to create a warm, validating, and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable beginning and engaging in therapy. She has specialized training in evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

In 2016, Dr. Gartler received CPT provider status through the Phoenix VA and has extensive experience supporting trauma survivors in both individual and group settings. Her clinical experience also includes relationship and communication concerns, grief and loss, chronic pain, major life transitions, aging-related concerns, emotional awareness and expression, and the psychological impact of medical conditions.

Dr. Gartler also helps clients explore questions of meaning, purpose, and emotional well-being. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, with an emphasis on identifying meaningful therapeutic goals and developing practical strategies for achieving them. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, she supports clients in building insight, resilience, and healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.
