About Lindsey Stevens
This therapist believes that everyone can benefit from support when familiar ways of coping no longer feel effective or when unexpected challenges become difficult to navigate. Their approach helps clients explore long-standing patterns, better understand their experiences, and discover healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. They view these moments as opportunities for meaningful growth, greater self-awareness, and positive change.
They work with men, women, and gender-diverse individuals while providing an inclusive, body-positive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment. Clients of all races, abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, faith traditions, spiritual beliefs, and nonreligious perspectives are welcomed and respected. They are especially committed to creating a safe and affirming space for individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities.
Outside of therapy, they enjoy renovating furniture and their home, thrifting, traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, creating art, and connecting with friends and family. They also enjoy spending time with their husband and their two huskies, Akira and Koda.
