Carolyn Meador

Carolyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who provides individual, couples, and family therapy for adults and adolescents. She supports clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship and family conflict, and men’s issues.

Guided by authenticity, compassion, and patience, Carolyn strives to create a welcoming therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable communicating openly and building genuine connections. Her approach encourages clients to explore their experiences, recurring patterns, relationships, and sources of support to gain greater insight into themselves and their lives. Through this process, she helps clients work toward personal growth, greater fulfillment, and stronger connections with the people who matter most.
