About KATIE NYQUIST
Katie is a pre-licensed counselor with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in Counseling from Roosevelt University. With experience in school and community mental health settings, she supports children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate emotional and everyday life challenges.
Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, family concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and life stressors. Katie helps clients strengthen self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, build confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of the patterns affecting their well-being.
