After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon in 2024, this clinician began pursuing a master’s degree in clinical counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. Experience in both school and therapeutic settings has provided valuable opportunities to support teenagers navigating trauma, emotional distress, and challenging life experiences.

By following each client’s individual needs and goals, this clinician strives to make the therapeutic process collaborative, respectful, and empowering. The focus is on helping clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and feel supported as they move toward healing and greater emotional well-being.
